  • National Mortgage Services ltd. is Regulated by the Irish Financial Services Regulatory Authority as a Multi-Agency and Mortgage Intermediary .
  • The aim is to ensure any advice given takes account of facts disclosed by you. You will be advised of the risk profile of a product and given the reasons for a product being recommended.
  • Remuneration is paid by life office / Bank or Building Society or in certain circumstances a fee will be agreed at the outset of our business arrangement.
  • A product recommended may be placed with any provider that best suits your needs or with one of the following agencies: Canada Life, Eagle Star, Friends First, Hibernian Life, Irish Life, New Ireland, Scottish Provident, Standard Life, Caledonian Life.
  • Any complaint that you may have in relation to the business services provided should be made in writing to the firm outlining the nature of your complaint. Any such complaint will be acknowledged within 14 days. The complaint will be fully investigated by National Mortgage Services and a full response will be provided to you. We will aim to provide this response not later than one month from receipt of your complaint.
  • In the event that you remain dissatisfied with the firms handling and response to your complaint you are entitled to refer your complaint to the Irish Financial Services Regulatory Authority.
